Woods Furniture

Woods Furniture, home furniture with an online store and showrooms

Woods Furniture is a British furniture and home décor retailer that combines online sales with in-person service in showrooms. Its catalogue is organised into four main areas — dining room, living room, bedroom and garden — and is completed by a home accessories section. The company presents itself as an authorised Ercol stockist and also distributes brands such as Parker Knoll, G Plan and Stressless.

Dining room furniture

The dining section includes tables in various formats: extendable, wooden, ceramic and glass, as well as bar tables. Dining benches, chairs, bar stools, kitchen islands and larder units are also sold. The range is grouped into collections such as Adelaide, Jupiter, Sutton, Fairmile, Ashmore, Neptune, Lucca and Tetbury, the latter available in natural oak and in a painted version with natural oak. The Bibury Kitchen collection is likewise offered in natural oak and in a painted version. There are corner bench dining sets, extending dining sets and configurations for four and six diners.

Living room, sofas and relaxation

In the living room, two- and three-seater sofas, corner sofas, armchairs, accent chairs and ottomans or footstools are offered, with a made-to-order option. The company sells sofa collections such as Jupiter, Hampton, Adelaide, Soho, Boho Living, Fairmile, Tetbury and Lucca. Occasional furniture includes side tables, coffee tables, nests of tables, console tables, shelving units and display cabinets, as well as desks and office chairs. It also distributes Everhot heaters and stoves.

Bedroom

The bedroom section comprises beds, bed frames and mattresses, with its own Woods Hybrid and Woods Pocket Sprung lines. Bedroom furniture is organised into collections such as Ledbury, Maitland, Milan, Wareham and Tetbury, and includes bedside tables, dressing tables, chests of drawers, desks and office chairs.

Garden and accessories

For outdoor use, garden dining sets and garden lounge sets are sold. The accessories section brings together home fragrances — diffusers and sprays, candles and holders, body wash and lotions —, mirrors, wall art, ornaments, tableware, vases and artificial flowers. Soft furnishings and comfort include cushions, throws and blankets, rugs and lamps.

Brands and shopping services

In addition to Ercol, Parker Knoll, G Plan and Stressless, the catalogue mentions the NEOM brand. The company offers finance subject to affordability, age and status conditions, with a minimum spend, and accepts payment via Klarna and V12 Finance. For customers in Dorset and nearby areas, free Click & Collect in store is available. The website includes assembly videos, a collection and recycling service, gift cards and care guides, along with sections on orders, deliveries, returns and FAQs.

Customer service and opening hours

The company maintains two separate contact lines. The sales number is open Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 17:00 and Sundays from 10:30 to 16:30. The customer support number operates Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00. Woods Furniture encourages customers to visit its physical stores to see and try the furniture in person, with advice from the team.
