Advice and customer service

The company offers telephone and email support to help choose the right product, with no sales pressure according to its own presentation. It has a form to request a quote that collects preferred brand, type of room, room measurements, insulation, windows and number of external walls. It also publishes a knowledge base with a six-point buying guide, running cost calculations and comparisons with infrared panels, panel heaters, storage heaters and electric underfloor heating.

Customer profile

In addition to homeowners, the company serves professional customers such as installers and garden room manufacturers. The testimonials collected on the site mention repeat purchases, resolution of technical queries, supply of spare parts for older models and after-sales support. The firm presents itself as a business with fifteen years of activity.

Electric heating: the company's approach

The site advocates electric heating for its ease of installation, efficiency and cost, and argues that traditional night storage heaters have become obsolete compared with modern direct-acting systems. It also mentions the planned ban on gas and oil boilers in new-build homes and the trend towards renewable energy.
