Strongway Gym Supplies

Strongway Gym Supplies, gym equipment for training at home

Strongway Gym Supplies is an online store based in the UK dedicated to selling strength training machines and equipment for home use. The company presents itself as an alternative to buying from abroad, which used to involve long delivery times, and states that it was born out of the difficulty of finding reasonably priced gym equipment on the British market. Its catalogue is built around multi-functional machines, dumbbells, barbells, weight plates, adjustable benches and cardio equipment, as well as accessories and storage solutions.

Multi-functional machines and Smith systems

The core of the catalogue is multi-functional machines with Smith system, available in several ranges: Multi Gym, Premium, Elite, Ultimate and Signature. These machines include a Smith barbell for bench press and squats, cable pulley system with weight stacks, pull-up bar, adjustable dip station, row footplate, seated row support, single pulley for triceps and biceps, lat pulldown, triceps pushdown and landmine attachment, among other accessories.

The versions differ in weight capacity and number of weight stacks. The standard Multi Gym model supports 350 kg and a total stack of 177 kg (88.5 kg per side); the Premium raises the capacity to 450 kg and adds a third stack up to 265.5 kg. The company also sells cable crossover machines with pull-up bar, in 150 kg and 177 kg configurations, and a specific leg curl and extension machine, with an optional 89 kg weight stack.

Free weights, benches and cardio equipment

The free weight range includes hex dumbbells, adjustable dumbbells of 32 kg and 40 kg, 6 ft and 7 ft Olympic barbells, Olympic weight plates in 50 kg, 70 kg and 100 kg formats, tri-grip weight plates, bumper plates and coloured plates. Adjustable benches and complete sets of hex dumbbells with a three-tier storage rack are also offered. In the cardio and accessories section there are equipment and complements to complete a home setup, along with storage solutions.

Packages and home gym configuration

In addition to selling individual units, the store groups products into packages: dumbbell packages, tri-grip weight plate packages, bumper plate packages and coloured plate packages, as well as packages combining Smith machines with weights, hex dumbbells or adjustable dumbbells. The company offers a specific section to configure a home gym and another for deals, with an autumn promotion active at the time of analysis. The catalogue shows discounts on reference prices for several of its main products.

Shipping, finance and customer service

Strongway Gym Supplies states that it offers free delivery to most of mainland UK and that it has finance options. The store publishes FAQs, blog and order tracking sections, and handles enquiries through its sales email. The company declares its goal to become a reference for home strength training enthusiasts, offering essential equipment at discounted prices and with fast delivery in the country.
