Estelle Manor: a country house hotel and private members' club in Oxfordshire

Estelle Manor is a country house hotel and private members' club set in a Grade II listed house on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire, England. The property is surrounded by more than 3,000 acres of parkland and gardens. It combines accommodation, dining, wellness and outdoor pursuits, and access is reserved for members, their guests and hotel guests.

Accommodation

The estate has 108 rooms spread across different areas: the Manor House, the Walled Garden and the stables. The Manor House suites retain original features; the Walled Garden suites have a separate sitting room, and the stable suites include velvet banquettes and bespoke dining tables. For groups or families, there are two-bedroom Woodland Cabins and private houses with three to six bedrooms, designed for entertaining and for stays with friends or family.

Dining

The complex brings together four restaurants. The Brasserie serves as an all-day dining space; The Billiards Room is a traditional Chinese restaurant; The Armoury serves Japanese cuisine, and The Glasshouse, a greenhouse in the Walled Garden, offers seasonal classics, all-day bites, wood-fired pizzas and Dhaba-style Indian dishes. The South Terrace, with a Riviera-inspired feel, has a 25-metre pool, sun loungers and a bar.

Eynsham Baths and wellness

Eynsham Baths is a 3,000 sq m Roman-inspired spa set in the woods. It includes a large tepidarium bathing hall, five pools, a tea lounge and ten treatment rooms, including the Ceremony Suite. Its offerings include the Thermal Journey, designed to stimulate the immune system and metabolism, and treatments inspired by ancient healing rituals. The clubhouse houses a 250 sq m gym and a studio with 48 classes a week, as well as a flexible workspace and The Nook children's club, with active, creative and quiet areas.

Activities and sports

The estate offers padel courts on its west side and a 25-acre Adventure Paddock with resident ponies, birds of prey experiences, sheltered archery and air rifle, and axe-throwing sessions. Experiences such as The Estelle Excursion, a drive through the Oxfordshire countryside behind the wheel of a Morgan Plus Four, are also organised, along with occasional residencies, such as Michelle Berlin's, focused on spinal health, alignment and movement. The offering is completed by fishing and jetty dining within the Blenheim Palace estate.

Membership and events

The private club presents itself as a community with old-school values and personalised service, with full access to the estate, special benefits and exclusive experiences for members. There are Manor Membership, Estelle Membership, Estelle U30 Membership and Estelle Joint Membership options, with annual or monthly terms. For events, the complex has private dining rooms, function rooms and a dedicated space, Fallow House, for celebrations and gatherings. The Muse shop offers manor products for purchase.

Other facilities and services

The complex includes reception in the original family house, several relaxation areas, a terrace overlooking the gardens and a programme of seasonal activities and pop-ups for members and guests. The website catalogue showed a weekday stay offer with up to 20% off selected bedrooms, suites and Woodland Cabins for stays of two nights or more between Sunday and Thursday.
