Just Another Baby

Just Another Baby, nursery retail with a showroom in Exeter

Just Another Baby is a nursery store that combines online sales with a showroom in Exeter, in the English county of Devon. Its catalogue is organised around four main areas: pushchairs, car seats, travel systems and nursery furniture. The store presents itself as a place for expert, informal advice on all things baby.

Showroom visits by appointment only

Access to the showroom is by appointment only, available six days a week. The company explains this format by the need to give each customer time and space to calmly examine the different travel systems and car seats available. Appointments are booked by phone or by message through their social channels.

The showroom is located at Marsh View, Clyst Road, Exeter EX2 7JL, and the website itself describes it as a landmark «just past The Blue Ball pub on the left».

Pushchairs and travel systems

The pushchair range includes brands such as BabyStyle Oyster, Bumbleride, Cybex, Egg3 Stroller, iCandy, Ickle Bubba, Joie, Joolz, Mamas & Papas, Nuna, Out n About, Nippers, UPPAbaby, Venicci and Thule. The store distinguishes between conventional pushchairs, travel strollers, running and all-terrain models, and complete travel systems.

Pushchair accessories include adapters, baby changing bags, blankets, buggy boards, carrycots, footmuffs, parasols and sunshades, raincovers, Out n About spares and wraps & carriers.

Car seats and safety

The car seat range is classified by groups (0+, 1 and 2-3), ISOFix bases, i-Size models, rear-facing car seats, swivel car seats and extended rear-facing seats. Brands include Axkid, Avionaut, BeSafe, Cybex and Joie. The store advertises free car seat fitting and advice.

Furniture and rest

The nursery section brings together baby nests, bedside cots, bouncers & rockers, cot beds, nursing chairs, mattresses and mattress protectors, wardrobe & storage, and complete room sets.

Brands and purchase conditions

The website highlights iCandy, Joie, Obaby and Joolz as popular brands, in addition to those already mentioned in each category. The store offers free delivery and storage and payment plans. The catalogue shows occasional promotions, such as the iCandy Orange from £899, the Venicci Claro travel system from £649 and BabyStyle Oyster3 bundles from £899.
