The merger with Dallas McMillan

The firm has announced its merger with Dallas McMillan, effective from 1 September 2026. According to published information, Dallas McMillan partners and staff have joined Lindsays, and clients of the absorbed firm become clients of Lindsays, maintaining contact with the teams they already knew. The combined Glasgow team is based at 100 Queen Street, Glasgow, G1 3DN.

The transaction strengthens Lindsays' presence in Glasgow, which exceeds 120 professionals, and expands its capacity in areas such as personal injury, employment law, commercial property, corporate and residential conveyancing. Andrew Diamond, Managing Partner at Lindsays, highlighted the cultural fit between the two firms and the sustainable growth the transaction represents.
