All Things Analogue
Family-run stationery and lifestyle shop in Eastbourne with notebooks, pens, pencils, desk accessories, and TRAVELER’S COMPANY products.
About All Things Analogue
All Things Analogue grew out of owners Nicki and Abel’s interest in stationery. They opened the shop in August 2020 on Grove Road in Eastbourne. The business combines a physical store with online sales around a simple idea: bringing together well-designed tools that encourage writing, drawing, and organizing in an increasingly digital life.
The selection includes notebooks, diaries, planners, memo pads, and writing paper, along with fountain pens, inks, pencils, cases, rulers, clips, stamps, and washi tape. Books, desk objects, and items for reading and organization are part of the mix too. Customers can come in for one particular need—a notebook or pen—and find materials for a broader note-taking, drawing, or planning routine.
Brands highlighted by the shop include Leuchtturm1917, Lamy, Kaweco, MD Product, Toyo Steel, Stalogy, Luddite, and Blackwing. Products are organized by use and collection, bringing together writing instruments, everyday stationery, desk pieces, and lifestyle accessories. The online store extends the selection to shoppers who are not in Eastbourne.
In 2023, All Things Analogue became TRAVELER’S COMPANY’s first official partner shop in the UK. That relationship lets the store carry a selection of TRAVELER’S FACTORY refills, inserts, and charms, both in person and online. For people who use a TRAVELER’S Notebook, those components can personalize the notebook and adapt its pages to different kinds of recordkeeping.
The shop also has a hands-on side for stationery enthusiasts: the owners invite visitors to try the vintage typewriters in their growing collection. The idea extends to a local community interested in analog tools and the rituals of writing. The store aims to be a place where people can come together around their shared interest in TRAVELER’S Notebook and a more analog way of life.
Online, customers can browse collections, new arrivals, diary products, and accessories, while the physical store offers a more leisurely chance to compare sizes, materials, and finishes. The site offers gift vouchers and maintains a broad catalog that ranges from paper and pens to desk objects. The selection changes with the seasons and new collections from the brands it carries.
The shop is on Grove Road in Eastbourne, and its website estimates a walk of about three minutes from the train station. Store hours run Tuesday through Saturday, with the shop closed on Sundays and Mondays. Its combination of a family-run store, international stationery brands, and the TRAVELER’S COMPANY partnership sets All Things Analogue apart in the city’s stationery scene.
