The clinic applies a strict policy of access from the age of 18 for all cosmetic injectable treatments, in line with English legislation that prohibits administering botulinum toxin or cosmetic fillers to under-18s for aesthetic purposes. Proof of age may be requested.

To do so it uses techniques such as Sterex and cryotherapy, as well as specific laser treatments for hormonal facial hair.
