Simply Gifting

Simply Gifting, online gifts with delivery across the UK

Simply Gifting is an online gift shop that sells hampers of selected products, flowers, wines, chocolates and gift cards, as well as pre-combined gift sets. The company states that it delivers its orders across the UK and offers free next-day delivery on purchases over £100.

The brand presents itself as the consumer-facing side of Simply Thank You, a corporate gifting company that has been operating since 1993 and, according to its own account, has worked with more than 10,000 businesses and prepared millions of gifts. Simply Gifting is a trading name of Simply Thank You Limited, a company registered in England and Wales.

Gift catalogue by occasion

The site organises its offering into five main collections, designed for different moments and recipients:

• Hampers: selections of products presented in a box.
• Flowers: seasonal bouquets prepared for delivery.
• Wines: selected bottles.
• Chocolates: curated assortments.
• Gift cards: for the recipient to choose their own gift.

In addition, the shop groups together sets that combine several categories. Examples shown in the catalogue included the Rainbow Blooms & Wine Selection, which pairs seasonal flowers with a selected bottle and was offered at £85, along with options such as The Blushing Rose & Bubbles Collection and The Luxury Lily and Wine Gift Set. The website also maintains a section of most-gifted presents, which it updates seasonally, and a specific line of business gifts.

Preparation and logistics

The company notes that its team selects, packs and sends each gift from its own facilities in the UK, and that next-day delivery is available as a delivery option. Customer service is provided by phone and email during office hours from Monday to Friday.

Background and reviews

The brand links its experience to the corporate gifting activity developed since 1993, from which its selection method and attention to presentation originate. At the time of analysis, the site displayed a rating of 4.9 out of 5 based on more than one hundred reviews on Trustpilot, with customer comments highlighting the freshness of the flowers, the packaging and the speed of delivery.
