PVC Patches UK

PVC Patches UK: custom PVC patch manufacturing in the UK

PVC Patches UK is a British manufacturer specialising in custom PVC (polyvinyl chloride) patches, in both 2D and 3D finishes. The company produces moulded and sculpted soft rubber emblems for outdoor use, resistant to water, dirt and harsh weather conditions without losing shape or colour. Its catalogue covers PVC patches, keychains, labels, hat patches, military patches and morale patches, among other PVC-moulded products.

Products and applications

The firm makes PVC patches for a wide variety of uses. Among the products it mentions are custom logo or name patches, military and morale patches, hat patches, PVC labels and PVC keychains. These items are used on uniforms and sports kit, clothing such as shirts, jackets and hats, as well as bags, car mats and other surfaces. The company notes that its patches can be sewn, glued or Velcro-fixed onto any fabric or material.

Customisation process

The process starts with the customer sending in their design. The company digitises the artwork, shares it with the customer for approval and, once validated, proceeds to manufacture the patch. According to the website, customers can request as many revisions or edits to the design as they need at no extra cost. The company offers a free quotation, free digital proof and free shipping in the UK.

Patch features

PVC patches differ from traditional embroidery in their material, a tough plastic with a rubbery feel that allows complex designs and details that are difficult to achieve with embroidery. The company highlights that the raised finish on text creates a 3D effect that improves the visibility of names and logos. The patches are moulded in any shape or design, with vivid colours and precise execution of lines and details.

Orders and commercial terms

The company states that it applies no minimum or maximum order quantities, although it mentions a minimum quantity option of 10 units and a free Velcro promotion for purchases of 30 units or more. It also announces a 40% discount on orders and factory prices. The website notes that it handles both large and small orders equally. As for returns, there is the possibility of claiming a refund or return in the event of a damaged or incorrect product, subject to the established rules and conditions.

Coverage and customers

PVC Patches UK distributes throughout the United Kingdom. The company cites recent deliveries in London, Cardiff, Liverpool, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham and Edinburgh. Its customers include businesses and individuals, and the website features testimonials from buyers who have ordered keychains, labels, military patches, hat patches and patches for bikers' vests and jackets.
