Made-to-Measure Interior Shutters in South East England

Totally Shutters is a British company dedicated to the design, manufacture and installation of made-to-measure interior shutters. Its activity focuses on homes and commercial premises in London, Kent, Surrey, Essex and, according to its own presentation, the rest of the United Kingdom. The company states it has over fifteen years of experience in the sector and, according to the data it publishes, has installed more than 10,000 shutters, served 2,500 customers and supplied 15,000 square metres of shutters.

Range of Styles and Materials

The company's catalogue covers a wide variety of solutions for light and privacy control. Among the available models are:

• Solid Shutters: they bring a traditional feel and offer complete privacy, heat insulation and noise reduction.
• Full Height Shutters: they cover the entire window and allow you to regulate the entry of light.
• Cafe Style Shutters: designed to cover only the lower half of the window, they filter natural light.
• Tier on Tier Shutters: with top and bottom panels that open independently to maintain privacy.
• Bay Window Shutters: they incorporate practical light and privacy control features.
• Hinged or Tracking System Shutters: ideal for large windows, available in bi-fold or bi-pass systems.
• Perfect Fit Shutter Lite: they do not require an outer frame, which allows more light in and improves the views from inside.
• Kitchen Shutters: easy to maintain and can be colour coordinated with kitchen units or decor.

In addition to shutters, the company offers motorised roller blinds, a classic and versatile option available in a wide range of fabrics and hardware.

Purchase Process and Customer Service

The process begins with a free, no-obligation measuring visit at the customer's home. During that visit, the technician takes the exact measurements of the windows and prepares an adjusted quote. If the customer accepts, they can place the order at that same moment. A 50% deposit is required to confirm the purchase, and the remaining amount is paid before installation. Manufacturing is made-to-measure and installation is carried out by a specialist fitter.

Presence and Area of Operation

The company operates in London, Kent, Surrey and Essex, and extends its activity to the rest of the United Kingdom. It serves both residential and commercial properties. Its offer includes shutters for bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms and living rooms, with the aim of creating a focal point both inside and outside the home.
