B-Spoke Group

B-Spoke Group: roofing, roughcasting and wall coatings in Scotland

B-Spoke Group is a Glasgow-based company working on roof replacement, traditional and modern roughcasting, and exterior wall coatings. Its stated area of operation covers the Central Belt and the rest of Scotland. The company presents itself as a specialist in exterior solutions for homes, with prior surveys, quality materials and careful installation to protect properties against wind, rain and frost.

Roofing services

The company carries out complete roof replacements for Scottish homes. It installs natural slate and premium tiles with precision detailing, aiming for a durable, weather-tight finish that improves insulation and property value. The service is geared towards resolving leaks and heat loss, as the roof is described as the home's first defence against water ingress.

Roughcasting: a robust finish for walls

The roughcasting offered by the company replaces failed render, repairs substrates, applies the correct backing coats and finishes with the texture and colour chosen by the client. The result is a durable facade that prevents damp and cracking, improves thermal efficiency and provides a clean, uniform appearance, preserving the traditional character of Scottish homes.

Exterior wall coatings

The wall coating systems marketed by B-Spoke Group are presented as stronger than paint, breathable, weatherproof and colour-stable. They are designed for tired render or pebbledash and, according to the company, resist damp, cracks and peeling, as well as improving insulation and reducing maintenance. The firm states that these coatings have undergone independent weather testing equivalent to 25 years' exposure. The website catalogue showed an indicative price from £12 per week for this service.

Offers and finance

The page advertised several promotions: £500 off any new booking, up to 15% off roughcasting, up to 15% off wall coatings and a scrappage scheme of up to £2,500. Flexible finance options and the possibility of deferring payment were also offered. The company presents itself as an authorised and regulated agent of the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN 1001873), acting as a broker and not as a lender, with access to a panel of lenders. These terms are subject to application and approval.

Projects and customer service

The site includes a recent projects section with examples of roughcasting and roofing. The company describes itself as a 5-star rated business, with no hidden fees and same-day quotes. It offers a free appointment and a contact form to request a free quote.
