The Wheel Wizard

The Wheel Wizard: mobile alloy wheel refurbishment in Coventry

The Wheel Wizard is a mobile workshop specialising in alloy wheel refurbishment and vehicle customisation. The company serves Coventry, Warwickshire and the West Midlands, travelling in vans equipped with technology to carry out work on site and maintain a consistent quality of finish.

Its main activity is the restoration of damaged alloy wheels, a service that covers everything from minor defects to more complex cases. The company notes that the cost of a colour change or diamond cutting depends on the condition of each wheel: some have only a few rust spots, while others require more extensive work due to severe kerb damage.

Alloy wheel services

The service catalogue includes several techniques applied to alloy wheels:

• Full alloy wheel refurbishment.
• Alloy wheel repair.
• Alloy wheel colour change.
• Powder coating.
• Alloy wheel welding.
• Diamond cutting.
• Repair of buckled or dented wheels (buckle repairs).

The technicians who carry out this work are trained to do so and the company states that it uses top-quality materials, with the aim of restoring wheels to their original appearance.

Brake caliper painting

Brake caliper painting is another of its standout services. The Wheel Wizard uses heat-resistant 2K paint and guarantees all work. Customers can choose the colour from a wide range of swatches, and decals can also be added if desired. According to the company, the work is usually completed in a day.

Vehicle customisation

In addition to wheel work, the company carries out vehicle customisations including, among others, spoilers, wing mirror changes, de-chrome, paint modifications, window tinting, detailing and custom alloy wheel painting. Some of these customisation services are carried out by its trusted partner amsbodyrepairs.co.uk.

Quotes and assessment of the work

The company offers free, competitive quotes. Since the final price depends on the condition of each wheel and the work needed to make it look new again, The Wheel Wizard takes phone enquiries to assess each case before issuing the quotation.
