Frequently asked questions and terms of service

TD Removals' website answers some common queries. The cost of a move depends on factors such as the size of the property, the distance, access to the properties and the need for additional services such as packing; the company offers free, no-obligation quotes tailored to each case. It recommends booking one to four weeks in advance, although it tries to accommodate last-minute moves subject to availability. All moves are fully insured, which protects items during handling and transport.

The storage service is described as flexible: the team collects the items, transports them to a secure storage facility and delivers them when the customer requests it, whether to the new home or the current address. It is also possible to collect goods from a customer's own storage unit and deliver them wherever needed.

The courier service accepts small and large consignments, with same-day or next-day delivery options, and all items are insured during transport.
