Tent2Hire, tent hire for events in the UK

Tent2Hire is a British company dedicated to tent hire and camping solutions for events. Its activity ranges from individual tent hire to the organisation of complete camps with bell tents, with capacity to cater from 2 to more than 2500 campers. The company keeps over 900 tents in stock ready to hire and operates from its base in Coolham, West Sussex.

Tent hire for events and camps

The company serves both event organisers and individuals. For organisers, it offers pitching and striking of all tents, as well as additional services so attendees can enjoy a camping or glamping experience. The service is available for a minimum of 10 tents and the company states it will travel anywhere in the UK and even abroad.

Among the clients cited by the company are the London 2012 Olympics, the 2022 Open Golf Championship, the Metzler TT Village, the UEFA Champions League village, Channel 4 and HTB Churches, among others.

Bell tents and glamping option

Tent2Hire has an expanding range of bell tents that allows a glamping experience with mattress, bed linen and solar-powered lighting with the capacity to charge phones. The company also offers a booking service via a link from the client's website so that individuals can book directly.

Individual hire and Vango tents

For the individual camper, the company has selected tents from manufacturer Vango for their build quality, ease of use and reliability. The range includes models for couples or families of up to six people, predominantly Vango Airbeam tents, which inflate without poles. The company offers the option to pitch and strike the tent for an additional charge, as well as home delivery or collection from its Coolham depot. It also hires complementary items such as camping chairs, camp beds, tables and sleeping bags, all bookable online.

Camp Crossways and additional services

The company participates in Camp Crossways, an off-site Glastonbury campsite that operates alongside a four-star hotel and offers camping or glamping options. In addition, Tent2Hire indicates that it also hires marquees and roof boxes, for which it requests direct contact.

Tent hire service conditions

Tent hire is available only from April to September. The company offers exclusive online discounts on selected products, free click and collect from its branch and next-day collection for orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday. It accepts all major credit and debit cards. The company was shortlisted for the Best Festival Glamping Provider award at the National Festival Supplier Awards 2026.
