Outdoor Makeover Group: outdoor and indoor transformations in the South West of England

Outdoor Makeover Group (OMG) is a British company that works on outdoor and indoor renovation projects for homes in Cornwall, Devon and Somerset. Its activity combines the design and installation of gardens, driveways and outdoor surfaces with full kitchen renovation, including furniture spraying and door replacement.

The company presents itself as a specialist in outdoor space transformations and states that it knows the region's climate and soils, which allows it to select materials and plants suited to each project. Its services include resin bound paving, composite decking, landscaping and fencing.

Outdoor solutions

OMG's catalogue covers a wide range of paving, surfacing and ancillary structure solutions. In paving, the company offers resin bound (for driveways, balconies, patios, paths, steps and swimming pool surrounds), block paving, concrete, gravel, tarmac and porcelain, granite, limestone and sandstone paving. It also has a solution called Resin ECO Pave and permeable bases and sub-bases for resin bound paving.

In the surfacing section, OMG installs artificial grass (super soft, for playgrounds, new builds, pet friendly and putting greens), real lawns and solutions for stables, sports surfaces and play areas.

Decking is another of its main areas: it works with timber (softwood and hardwood), composite materials, aluminium, plastic and systems such as ProDeck, Nordeck and Millboard, as well as caravan and raised decking. It completes this offer with timber, composite, aluminium, frameless glass, post and glass, and yacht wire balustrades, as well as handrails and step handrails.

The company also installs fencing and gates (estate fencing, feather edge, picket, hit & miss, Venetian, recycled post & rail, wooden post and rail and composite; pedestrian and entrance gates), roofing solutions (box profile sheets, standing seam, tile form, corrugated sheets and metal wall cladding), cladding (metal, Millboard, composite slatted, composite, composite pro, fibre cement, bespoke cedar and larch, and vented composite), bespoke builds (oak conservatories, oak carports and porches, BBQ areas), and roof line solutions (fascia and soffits, gutters and downpipes, copings and capping).

Kitchen renovations

Indoors, OMG designs and installs kitchens and offers a professional spraying service to refresh existing furniture. Its range includes Shaker, modern, traditional and inframe kitchens, as well as solid wood kitchens and extension solutions. It also replaces kitchen doors with Shaker, traditional, modern and handleless options.

The spraying service extends to both kitchen furniture and worktops, and the company presents it as an alternative to update the look of a kitchen without a full replacement.

Projects and operational capacity

The company states that it completes between 15 and 25 projects every week, with its own teams specialising in each area. It manages each project comprehensively, from initial design to final installation, and includes a free, no-obligation home measure and design survey. Its website shows a project gallery with before and after sections, and new work is added weekly.

OMG also indicates that it offers finance for its projects and applies a 10% discount on new quotes, a promotion subject to change.

Coverage area and opening hours
