MK Rigs

MK Rigs: custom gaming PCs with handcrafted assembly

MK Rigs is a British company dedicated to the design and assembly of custom gaming computers. Founded in 2019 by Max, a gaming and technology enthusiast, the company was born with the aim of offering fully customisable systems, in contrast to the limitations of conventional pre-built machines. Its catalogue is organised into ranges and configurations covering everything from entry-level systems to high-performance machines.

Product ranges and reference prices

The offering is structured into three main tiers, each with a starting price and a set of associated services:

• Essentials (from £1,000): plug-and-play setup, free 30-minute remote setup call, performance guarantee verified through benchmarks, free upgrade consultation after 12 months, and a 2-year parts and 5-year labour warranty.
• Performance (from £1,500): includes everything in Essentials, plus overclocking and performance tuning, FPS benchmarks tailored to the user's games, lifetime priority support on Discord, and remote setup and troubleshooting.
• Elite (from £2,500): adds to the above a personalised PC design consultation, free performance tune-up after 6 months, a 6-hour priority support guarantee, and free installation on future upgrades.

The catalogue also allows filtering by price range (£1,000-£1,499, £1,500-£2,499 and over £2,500), by features such as liquid cooling, white chassis, LCD monitoring display or vertical GPU mount, and by platform (NVIDIA, Intel or AMD).

Customisation and additional services

In addition, MK Rigs sells systems with liquid cooling, configurations with white chassis and monitoring options via LCD displays. For those who already have a system, the company provides advice on component selection or upgrading existing configurations.

Warranty and performance commitment

All systems include a 2-year parts and 5-year labour warranty. The company also offers a performance guarantee: if the system does not perform as promised during the first 30 days, they will fix it free of charge. After-sales support is channelled through a Discord community, with priority attention depending on the range purchased.
