About Pact Coffee
Pact Coffee began in Stephen Rapoport’s London home in 2012 with an everyday goal: brewing a good cup from freshly roasted coffee. That idea made home delivery central to the business. Coffee arrives to be prepared at home, with one-time purchases and a subscription that can be adjusted to individual consumption.
Will Corby joined soon afterward as Head of Coffee, bringing experience across different stages of the supply chain. The company developed direct relationships with growers, part of its story that connects a bag to its farm of origin. In 2014 it began working with Marcus Carvalho in Brazil; his coffee remains within the selection described by Pact.
The store distinguishes espresso coffees, filter coffees, and capsules. Its selection of origins changes and allows purchases without committing to future deliveries. For readers brewing coffee every day, the difference lies in choosing a particular coffee or letting the subscription system suggest others within the available selection.
Delivery plans are managed online. Customers can reschedule, skip a shipment, pause the service, or cancel, so bags need not arrive at a fixed pace when consumption changes. That flexibility is particularly useful when alternating work-from-home days, vacations, or periods when less coffee is brewed.
Machines, grinders, brewing equipment, and paper filters have their own section. Guides explain preparation and support equipment selection. Not everything requires buying a new machine: the catalog also accommodates filter methods already familiar in many kitchens.
Gift vouchers and bundles make it possible to share the selection with someone else. The collection also includes Advent calendars with a different coffee each day. Pact offers to replace coffee that is not to the buyer’s taste, a flavor-preference guarantee handled by its support team.
Office and hospitality supply has a separate team. Sourcing policies, transparency reports, and farm information explain how coffees are chosen. The offering therefore combines manageable home shopping with context about growers, preparation, and origin, extending the experience beyond receiving a bag periodically.
