Batch Coffee Club
Coffee club featuring two bags from British roasters in each box, regular or decaf plans, and gift packages.
About Batch Coffee Club
Batch Coffee Club organizes discovery of British coffee through boxes that change with each delivery. Its work involves selecting coffee from local roasters and bringing together two options to try at home. Variety is the distinction: each box connects two roasters and two coffees, with information explaining their origins and preparation.
Each club delivery contains two 200-gram bags, totaling 400 grams. The first box adds a flavor wheel and brewing guide. Information about farms, growers, and regions accompanies the coffee, so comparing the bags involves more than simply choosing whichever tastes stronger.
Subscriptions include regular and decaffeinated coffee, with two- or four-week plans. They can be paused or canceled through the customer account. Gift packages comprise three, six, or twelve boxes: the quantity refers to deliveries, a useful distinction from a gift described simply in months.
The selection questionnaire asks about brewing methods: AeroPress, French press, espresso, pour-over, or a moka pot. It also accommodates people who do not yet know which method to choose and allows a decaf preference. This approach connects the selection to how coffee is actually consumed at home.
Beyond the club, there are boxes for one-time purchases and espresso-focused options. Batch Espresso Blend combines coffees from Brazil, Colombia, and Guatemala for espresso, Americanos, or milk-based drinks. Office supply and Batch Brew for cafés extend the activity to professional consumption.
Batch cofounder Tom Saxon wrote The Home Barista. The book, flavor wheels, and gift bundles add tools for exploring home brewing. Guides to machines, grinders, and brewing methods join a roaster map and an archive of earlier boxes, providing a way to learn about partners and past selections.
Bags and boxes are presented as compostable within an offering connecting delivery to origin information. The roaster selection rotates; this does not mean receiving the same brands every time or buying from a single roastery. For people who want to explore without choosing each coffee separately, the club provides an organized tasting experience that fits into a home coffee routine.
