TM Chemicals

TM Chemicals, specialist cleaning and odour control

TM Chemicals is a British online store established in 2014 that sells a range of specialist cleaning and maintenance products. Its catalogue is organised into categories such as cleaners and degreasers, descalers and rust removers, garden and patio products, floor care, kitchen and bathroom, and boating, marine and hobby products. It also has a specific line for professional and business use.

Drain and odour control

One of the standout areas is drain and odour control. The store offers drain cleaning products, fragrances and odour neutralisers, as well as a section dedicated to urine odour removers and biologicals. This last section includes products for removing urine odours and biological degreasers for septic tanks.

Biological products and specific applications

The catalogue includes biological solutions aimed at environments with specific odour and organic waste problems. The company mentions applications for residential care and nursing homes that need specialised enzyme products to treat urine, vomit and faeces on carpets and fabrics. It also highlights their usefulness in hotels and restaurants to tackle recurring grease problems in kitchen drains, or for cleaning and waxing caravans.

Other catalogue categories

In addition to cleaning and odour treatment products, the store sells hand and skin care items, pumps and equipment, and a safety and protection section that includes gloves, hand protection, and eye and face protection. The range is completed with floor care, kitchen and bathroom products, and items for boating and nautical activities.

Shipping and returns policy

The company offers free shipping to the British mainland with next-day delivery for orders placed before 3pm. Shipping options include Royal Mail 2nd Class for £3.99, Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked for £6.99 and Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for £9.99. The returns policy allows 21 days to change your mind.

Customer reviews

The site collects testimonials from users describing their experience with specific products. A customer from Newtownabbey reports that she used a 5:1 dilution to treat an area, letting it work for about two hours, and that although the smell got worse initially, after 24 hours only a hint of it remained. Another customer from Essex says that DRAIN-X unblocked a blocked kitchen drain after other products had failed, leaving it to work overnight. A third customer from Norfolk notes that Bio-K20 eliminated the dog urine smell on artificial grass for weeks or months, unlike other deodorisers that only masked the smell temporarily.
