Manufacturing process

The process begins with cutting the mats using CAD technology, from over 3,000 different shapes, to achieve an exact fit to the vehicle. On the Prestige model this pad is not required due to the thickness of the material. The binding can be plain or coloured, and is applied by experienced operatives. Finally, the securing clips compatible with each manufacturer's system are installed by hand, so that the mats are safely fixed in the correct position.

Customisation and orders

It is not possible to embroider the make or model of the car due to copyright restrictions, but a customer's own logo can be added if the customer holds the rights. Maintenance
