Ice baths and cold water therapy

Palm Spas describes ice baths and cold plunge pools as an increasingly widespread self-care practice, associated with muscle recovery, improved circulation and mental clarity through cold water immersion. The company sells these products alongside the rest of its wellness catalogue.

Technical and installation services

In addition to sales, the company provides hot tub servicing, repair, relocation and disposal services, as well as a Hiab crane lift service. It also offers delivery and installation of the spas purchased and publishes guides and FAQs, delivery guidelines and maintenance manuals. The firm has a dealer programme.

Palm Spas has showrooms and sells a section of ex-demo items from products that have been on display in its showrooms or at exhibitions, or that have had minimal use. The company states that these items allow savings compared to the original recommended retail price and refers to the specific notes for each product.
