History and centre network

The company began trading in 1987 with its first centre in Southport and an initial staff of 15, which has grown over time to 600 employees. In 1992 it opened its Chester centre, followed by Warrington in 1999, MINI Wirral in 2005 and Llandudno in 2007. In 2014 it acquired the BMW and MINI centres in Wilmslow. It has since expanded its offering with BMW Motorrad, Kia, Kia PBV and BYD, and in 2026 it added Geely to its Chester centre.
