Roller shutter garage doors and security in Essex

Home Secure Solutions presents itself as a specialist in the supply and installation of electric roller shutters, garage doors, gates and railings in Essex. The company states it has around thirty years of experience in the roller shutter industry and offers solutions for both residential and commercial use, as well as maintenance and repairs.

Range of electric roller shutters

The website organises its main offering into three sizes of electric roller shutter, with starting prices and differentiated features. The catalogue indicated the following conditions:

• Small: from £895 with free fitting, two-year warranty subject to service, up to 2.4 m wide, 55 mm slats, two remotes, safety edge and optional packages.
• Medium: from £1,395 with free fitting, five-year warranty subject to service, up to 3.2 m wide, 77 mm slats, two remotes, safety brake and safety edge.
• Large: from £2,395 with free fitting, five-year warranty subject to service, up to 5 m wide, 77 mm slats, two remotes, safety brake and safety edge.

All three ranges are available in a variety of colours. The catalogue also allows filtering by colour, with references to black, white, anthracite, red, blue and brown shutters.

Garage doors and other products

Alongside roller shutters, the company sells up-and-over and roller shutter garage doors, and offers security solutions for outbuildings. Its catalogue also includes a line of garden studios, with variants for gym, office and living space, and garden room assembly services.

Materials and operation

The products are described as lightweight yet solid and secure, with CFC-free foam insulation between slats that helps reduce noise and heat loss. The doors are offered in aluminium or steel, with the option of powder coating to match the customer's colour scheme, and are presented as resistant to rain, corrosion and weather variations. The company states it can supply electric or manual operation solutions.

The roller shutter design is intended to make the most of space: it allows parking close to the door outside and frees up wall and ceiling space inside thanks to the compact roll-up box.

The business is divided into residential roller shutters, commercial roller shutters and maintenance and repairs. The company states it works in Chelmsford, Billericay, Colchester, Brentwood, Wickford, Halstead, Chipping Ongar, South Woodham Ferrers and nearby towns, and also lists Basildon, Danbury, Great Baddow, Kelvedon, Maldon, Moulsham, Rochford, Southend, Springfield, Sandon and Witham, without being limited to those areas.
