Renault operates in the UK through its website and a network of retailers across the country. Its range combines passenger cars and vans with different powertrains: electric, petrol, full hybrid, mild hybrid and diesel. The range is completed by the electric Twingo, the electric R5 Turbo 3E concept and the Renault 8 Gordini Concept, presented as a show car. Commercial vehicles include the Trafic Passenger, with diesel engine and 5.08 m length, from £45,385.

E-Tech powertrains and the electric transition

Renault structures its electrified offering under the E-Tech name, with three levels: 100% electric, self-charging full hybrid and plug-in hybrid. The site has dedicated sections explaining this technology, calculating cost of ownership and answering frequently asked questions about switching to an electric vehicle. It also details home charging solutions, a charge pass and the My Renault app for managing the vehicle. The electric Renault 5 E-Tech was eligible for an Electric Car Grant of up to £3,750. Aftersales services and owners

For owners, Renault offers servicing and maintenance plans from £13.99 per month, service booking, recall campaigns, user guides, how-to videos and navigation and multimedia support. Aftersales cover is completed by warranty, extended warranty, roadside assistance, insurance and accident aftercare. The Originals Renault Store sells accessories and original products, and the My Renault app centralises connected services and maintenance.
