Mercedes-Benz UK operates a digital showroom, called Online Showroom, where you can browse and buy new and Approved Used vehicle stock available in the UK. The site allows you to search by body style and model, as well as configure a bespoke vehicle and set a budget.

Vehicle catalogue and search

The platform organises its range into two main sections, new vehicles and Approved Used vehicles, and offers a search tool with filters by body style and model. Body styles include hatchback, saloon, estate, SUV, coupé, cabriolet, MPV and roadster.

The catalogue includes models such as the A-Class Hatchback and the all-new CLA, available as a petrol hybrid and in saloon and shooting brake body styles. The CLA features a new-generation drivetrain and the digital MBUX Superscreen.

Offers and commercial terms

The site displays current offers across the new range. These include a promotion of an additional £500 saving for those who test drive a compact car before 30 November, on top of existing offers, plus entry into a prize draw for a behind-the-scenes tour of the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team HQ. The promotion is subject to conditions: test drives had to be taken between 1 October and 30 November 2026, vehicles had to be ordered during that period and registered by 31 December 2026, and it applied to selected models and cash or finance customers, with additional restrictions.

The catalogue also includes finance examples, such as the A-Class Hatchback from £299 a month, based on an A 180 AMG Line Executive with a £7,091 advance rental, a four-year lease and 8,000 miles per annum; and the model shown, an A 180 AMG Line Premium Plus, at £369 a month with a £7,978 advance rental. These terms are subject to status, availability and change, and ended on 31 December 2026. Mercedes-Benz Financial Services UK LTD is authorised and regulated by the FCA.

Services for private and business customers

In addition to vehicle sales, the site includes sections to value your car (Value My Car), fleet and business management (Business & Fleet) and log-in access. It also allows you to request a call back and request specific models from the luxury range, such as the Mercedes-Maybach line, which includes the EQS, GLS, S-Class and SL, and the G-Class, available in original, Electric and AMG versions.
