Elite Paving & Roofing LTD

Specialists in paving, landscaping and roofing in Canterbury and Kent

Elite Paving & Roofing LTD is a Canterbury-based company that works on exterior home improvement projects in Canterbury, Kent and a radius of approximately 30 miles. Its work covers the installation and repair of driveways, patio construction, complete garden makeovers and roofing and roofline services. The company presents itself as a UK-registered limited company with number 10553910 and backs its work with a five-year guarantee.

Driveways: materials and drainage systems

The company installs new driveway surfaces and carries out repairs on existing paving. Among the materials it offers are classic block paving, resin-bound systems, tarmac, gravel and natural stone. For block paving, it states that it can lay various patterns, such as herringbone, basket weave or stretcher bond, using quality blocks. Resin-bound driveways are presented as a contemporary, joint-free, low-maintenance option, available in a wide range of custom colours; according to the company, these permeable systems often remove the need to apply for planning permission.

Tarmac is described as an economical, durable and smooth surface, available in traditional black or red, suitable for large areas. Gravel is offered as a timeless and economical alternative with good drainage. The company also states that it specialises in driveway systems compliant with SuDS (Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems), which facilitate natural rainwater drainage and help meet council regulations. For repairs, it covers everything from potholes in tarmac to re-levelling sunken block paving. It also installs kerbs and drainage solutions such as Aco channels and soakaways, and advises on permeable solutions and dropped kerb applications to Kent County Council.

Patios and garden paving

The patio service includes design and full installation. The company works with porcelain, Indian sandstone and natural stone, and installs limestone, granite and slate for high-end finishes. Porcelain is presented as an elegant, contemporary and non-slip option, while Indian sandstone brings a natural, rustic character. It also carries out patio repairs, replacing fractured slabs, re-levelling sunken areas and professional repointing. In addition, it creates garden pathways with stepping stones, slabs, gravel or block paving, and builds split-level patios with integrated steps and retaining walls, designed for sloping gardens.

Complete garden makeovers

The company handles both hard and soft landscaping. On the structural side, it builds garden walls, paths and paved areas. On the planting side, it installs natural turf, carries out planting and lays low-maintenance artificial grass. It also handles the installation of fencing and gates, and the construction of brick walls, whether boundary walls, retaining walls or raised sleeper beds. The approach it describes runs from initial concept through to completion, including final clean-up.

Roofing and roofline

In the roofing area, the company carries out new roof installations, repairs, flat roofing, chimney repairs and work on fascias, soffits and guttering, as well as gutter cleaning. It presents itself as an option for keeping the home safe and dry, from minor leak repairs to complete roof renovation projects.

Guarantee, insurance and how we work

The company offers a five-year guarantee on workmanship and materials, and states that it holds public liability insurance. It notes that its team is trained and qualified, and that it works with clear, detailed quotes, with no hidden charges. The service is presented end-to-end, from the first design conversations and ground preparation work through to final clean-up. The company identifies itself as a UK-registered limited company with number 10553910.
