Truglaze Windows: windows, doors and conservatories in Surrey, Hampshire and Berkshire

Truglaze Windows is a family-run company dedicated to the installation of windows, doors, glazing and conservatories, with a showroom in Frimley Green, Camberley (Surrey). According to its own presentation, it stands out from conventional double glazing companies by avoiding aggressive sales tactics and offering clear pricing alongside a limited selection of high-quality products. The company states that 95% of its business comes from referrals and that it has a rating of 9.96 on Checkatrade.com.

Origins and background

The company was founded in 2009, when Rob, one of its founders, decided to leave his position at a large double glazing company. Together with his brother Dave, he set up a business with a different approach, focused on the customer's needs. Since then, according to the company, it has served hundreds of homeowners and businesses. The management team consists of Robert Gaunt and David Gaunt, both directors and sales advisors, accompanied by James (also a sales advisor), Clare and Lisa in administration and Phil as service engineer.

Product range

Truglaze's offering covers several lines of home products:

• Windows: the company only sells windows with an A energy rating, highlighting their benefits in terms of security and energy efficiency.
• Doors: a selection of classic designs combined with innovative materials and technologies.
• Conservatories: solutions to extend living space or enjoy the garden all year round.
• Roof lanterns: designed to reduce beams and materials and gain natural light.
• Roofline: a product line for roof edging and finishing.
• Garage doors: included in the catalogue and in the door designer on the website.

The company also offers a collection called Heritage, which brings together windows, doors, conservatories, roof lanterns and garage doors.
