Sunnybank Flowers

Family-run florist in Unsworth, Bury, since 1987

Sunnybank Flowers is an independent, family-run florist based in Unsworth, Bury. It opened its doors on Parr Lane in 1987 and, according to its own introduction, has been serving the local community for over 35 years. Emma and her team personally select stems at the market at dawn and handcraft bouquets the same day, with local delivery.

Bouquets and bespoke arrangements

The shop's collection includes hand-tied bouquets with market stems, tailored wrapping, and a handwritten card. Options shown include the hand-tied bouquet not in water (£30.00), the 'Cheerful' arrangement (£30.00), and the 'Timeless' arrangement (£45.00). The company notes that no two bouquets are ever identical and that it designs individually for each customer.

Wedding floristry

Sunnybank Flowers designs bridal bouquets, ceremony arches, table flowers, and full venue styling for weddings across Bury, Manchester, and Lancashire.

Funeral and sympathy tributes

The florist creates bespoke funeral tributes, casket sprays, wreaths, and letter tributes, and delivers them directly to local funeral directors in Bury, Prestwich, Whitefield, and Greater Manchester. The collection includes, among others, the rose and carnation coffin spray, the rose and lily double-ended coffin spray, and the florist's choice double-ended funeral spray.
