FITnFIX

FITnFIX, plumbing and heating in Bromley and south-east London

FITnFIX is a plumbing and heating services company with a physical office on Beckenham Road, in Bromley, south-east London. Founded in 2016 by Stan Fedin, who remains its director, the company presents itself as a local business with its own team and sign-written vans, focused on domestic plumbing, gas and bathroom renovation work.

The company handles both emergencies and scheduled work and states that a plumber can reach your home in as little as one hour. It does not charge call-out fees and invoices once the customer is satisfied with the work.

Plumbing, heating and bathroom services

FITnFIX's catalogue covers three main areas:

• Plumbing and drainage: leaks, taps, showers, toilets, sinks, dishwashers and washing machines, pumps, pipework, wastes and drain unblocking.
• Heating and hot water: boiler servicing and repair, gas safe checks and certification, radiators, underfloor heating, water heaters and cylinders.
• Bathrooms: full bathroom renovations.

The company also carries out boiler replacements and investigates hidden leaks behind tiles, under timber and concrete floors, a procedure it details on its blog.

Fixed pricing and guarantee

FITnFIX works with a rate of £80 plus VAT per hour for the plumber, with no call-out charges. After the first hour, billing is in half-hour increments. The company offers same-day firm quotations via email or WhatsApp and applies a one-year guarantee on all work. The terms and conditions are published on its website.
