Ceramic treatments for cars and motorcycles

The main service consists of applying ceramic coatings from the System X brand. For cars, the company carries out a complete process that includes deep cleaning, decontamination, clay bar and detail cleaning before paint correction. It then applies the System X Ceramic Protection Max G+ coating, which according to the company offers a hydrophobic finish and a ten-year guarantee. It also treats glass with System X Glass coating, and protects the interior with a ceramic treatment for leather and upholstery. On some vehicles, such as an Audi A5 Avant, the engine bay, wheels, brake calipers and suspension arms were also coated.

For motorcycles, the ceramic treatment is applied to the bodywork, fairing, full exhaust system, brake calipers and wheels. The company highlights the use of a high heat-resistant ceramic coating for exhaust systems, which helps protect them from dirt, grease and road contaminants. It also applies ceramic protection to helmets, including the shell and visor, with UV and chemical properties that extend the helmet's lifespan and make it easier to clean.

Paint correction and detailing

Paint correction is a central part of Supershield Automotive's work. The usual process begins with a full wash, chemical decontamination, clay bar and detail cleaning, followed by paint correction that removes imperfections and leaves a high-gloss finish. This finish is then enhanced by applying the ceramic coating. The company has documented work on vehicles such as an Audi A5 Avant in metallic blue, a Triumph Tiger 900 GT Pro, a CFMoto 1000MTX and several BMW R 1300 GS motorcycles, among others.

Installation of motorcycle accessories and components

In addition to detailing, Supershield Automotive supplies and installs motorcycle accessories and components. Among the products it handles are Lone Rider MTL9 and MTL4 lighting systems with Motocan V2, the Denali B6 high-level brake light, the SoundBomb mini horn, Emotion Ride Vision indicator kits, Chigee XR-1 and AIO6 Max camera systems, Eazi-Grip tank pads, DNA air filters and full Akrapovič exhaust systems. The company also performs ECU remapping, such as the one carried out on a BMW R 1300 GS via Hilltop Motorcycles, which allows the ECU to continually adapt and optimise fuelling.

Projects and collaborations

Supershield Automotive has worked on charity projects, such as the preparation of a blood bike for SERV Surrey & London, which included deep cleaning, decontamination, paint correction, ceramic coating and the installation of a Chigee XR-1 camera system. It has also collaborated with dealerships such as Magnet Motos, where it carried out the ceramic treatment of a CFMoto 1000MTX in the showroom itself.
