It began as a boutique in The Lanes, Brighton, where direct contact with customers helped it learn to recommend the right piece according to hair type and to teach how to place it. In 2020, at the start of the pandemic, it closed the physical store and moved to operating entirely online. It currently offers personal shopping appointments at its Brighton offices in The Lanes, for those who prefer to try the accessories in person and receive help with styling.
