Exterior window and gutter cleaning in Bridgend

DJ's Cleaning Services is an exterior cleaning company based in Pencoed, in the county of Bridgend (Wales). Founded over ten years ago by its director, Dean James, the company began as a one-man business and has become, according to its own presentation, the largest window and gutter cleaning company in the county. It currently employs three people and operates a fleet of three vehicles.

The company serves both private homes and commercial spaces, including offices and storage units of any size. Its area of operation covers Bridgend and nearby towns such as Pencoed, Porthcawl and the rest of the county of Bridgend.

Exterior cleaning and maintenance services

The service catalogue focuses on cleaning and maintaining the exterior of buildings:

• Residential, domestic and commercial window cleaning.
• Gutter cleaning, which can be carried out at the same time as window cleaning.
• Render cleaning.
• Conservatory cleaning, including every angle, window and sill.
• Soft washing, with long-lasting results and safe for all known building materials.
• Roof cleaning.
• Fascia and soffit repair.
• Exterior decorating.

The company states that it uses less water than its competitors thanks to its technology, which reduces the cost of the process and allows the savings to be passed on to customers. According to its presentation, the techniques used for soft washing, roof cleaning and gutter cleaning do not damage the surfaces treated.

Equipment, capacity and working method

To meet the demand for soft washing, render cleaning and fascia and soffit repair, DJ's Cleaning Services keeps three vehicles on the road and four employees working six days a week. The company notes that its access to equipment, reach and experience allows it to serve larger customers with ease, while maintaining a level of attention to detail that, in its opinion, is lacking in other companies in the sector.

One of its most requested services is conservatory cleaning. The team can provide a quote without needing to visit the property. The company presents itself as a family-run business and assures that it offers the same level of service to all its customers.

Clientele and rating

The company states that it has more than 1000 regular monthly customers and a five-star rating on its social channels. Among the testimonials on its website is one from a customer who requested a quote to clean the render on her home and saw the work completed within 24 hours of the first contact.
