BASI Plumbing & Heating

BASI Plumbing & Heating is a family-run company based in Bradford that has worked in Yorkshire homes since 1990. Its team covers heating, boilers, and plumbing, as well as cooling and bathroom renovations. The company says its engineers are direct employees rather than subcontractors and serve homes in the BD, LS, WF, HD, HX, and HG postcode areas, with Bradford as its operating base.

For heating, BASI offers boiler installation and replacement, central heating system design, breakdown repairs, and annual servicing. The website names Worcester Bosch and Vaillant, for which it says the company is an accredited installer and service provider, along with Hive smart controls and air-source heat pumps. A job can range from replacing a boiler to planning a complete system, depending on the home.

The plumbing side covers hot water cylinders, showers, taps, toilets, leaks, and appliance installation. The company also designs and renovates bathrooms with its own multi-trade team. Landlords can book gas safety checks and CP12 certificates. Its Smart Care plans group different levels of support for boilers, heating, and plumbing.

The booking process centers on fixed-price quotes and online scheduling for specific services. The published price list includes examples such as boiler servicing, CP12 checks, and an initial plumbing repair; the amount depends on the selected service. The company says it can handle repairs the same day when capacity allows and that routine appointments are usually scheduled ahead. Year-round emergency service is reserved for customers with a cover plan.

BASI’s published history begins when its founder left British Gas and started the business in 1990; the next generation of the family now works alongside him. That continuity accompanies a team serving Yorkshire and an offering that brings maintenance, repairs, installation, and bathroom projects together. The company identifies Bradford as its base, while its engineers travel across the listed postcode areas; the source does not give a public walk-in address.
