Insurance and conditions
Every move includes standard goods-in-transit cover at no extra cost, with a limit of £40 per item and £25,000 aggregate per move, plus public liability insurance. For contents worth more than £25,000 or for those who prefer full-value cover, enhanced cover is available as a paid add-on, from £120 for £15,000 of cover up to £1,195 for £150,000. Items of exceptional individual value, such as jewellery, fine art, or antiques worth more than £2,500, must be declared in advance.
Booking process
The process consists of three steps: requesting a quote via an online form or phone call, with a detailed, no-obligation estimate within hours; booking the date and confirming online; and carrying out the move by a trained team that arrives at the agreed time. The company recommends booking 4 to 8 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons such as summer and month-ends, although it also offers emergency and same-day service. The website catalogue indicated that a typical local two-bedroom move starts from an approximate range of £400 to £600.
History and operations
Since its founding in 1986, the company has carried out thousands of moves, from studio flats to six-bedroom houses, both locally and for full relocations. The firm maintains a single point of contact throughout the process and has a formal complaints procedure. Its activity is supported by nearly four decades of accumulated experience in the sector.
