GoSmarterWay: SMART car body repair in Lincolnshire

GoSmarterWay is a workshop specialising in car body repair using SMART (Small and Medium Area Repair Technique) techniques, based in Sutterton, Boston, and covering Boston, Spalding, Holbeach and other towns in Lincolnshire. The company presents itself as one of the original pioneers of this method, active in the sector since 1998, and has over 30 years of experience in car body repair. It does not operate as a franchise, an aspect the firm highlights to emphasise that its experience is its own.

Repair and finishing services

The service catalogue includes scratch repair, bumper repair, dent repair, bumper crack repair, exterior detailing, end of lease repairs, SMART car body repair and alloy wheel repair. Machine polishing and diamond cut for wheels are also offered. The company handles both minor damage — scratches, scuffs, dents — and more significant damage, including full panel resprays and accident damage. Every repair is carried out with colour matching to achieve a factory finish, and the firm states that its work is backed by a lifetime guarantee.

Working method and timescales

The company combines a mobile service, which travels to the customer's home, with a fully equipped workshop for larger repairs. According to the company's own information, most repairs can be completed in a few hours, and in many cases in a single day. GoSmarterWay notes that its quotes can be more economical than the customer's insurance excess, and offers free no-obligation estimates. The quote request process allows photos of the damage to be attached and details of the type of damage, the vehicle and the registration number to be provided.

Coverage areas

In addition to Boston, Spalding and Holbeach, the company serves towns such as Kirton, Wyberton, Swineshead, Surfleet, Pinchbeck, Crowland, Donington, Long Sutton, Wisbech, Kings Lynn, Stamford, Bourne, Market Deeping, Peterborough, Sleaford, Heckington and Grantham. The firm indicates that it also receives customers from other nearby areas.

Profile and guarantee

GoSmarterWay operates under the trading name of J.E.M.C Enterprises Limited. The company presents itself as a business with thousands of satisfied customers in Lincolnshire and emphasises punctuality, precision and customer advice. Its proposition is based on the relationship between cost and result: dealership-level repairs without dealership prices, with a lifetime guarantee on work carried out.
