Meredith's Maids

Commercial cleaning for businesses in Bolton and Greater Manchester

Meredith's Maids is a commercial cleaning company based in Bolton that serves businesses across Greater Manchester and the North West of England. It presents itself as a family-run company whose team is DBS-checked (criminal record checked) and offers solutions tailored to each client's premises, schedules and needs.

Its activity is aimed at offices, retail spaces, nurseries, schools, clinics, gyms, estate agents and new-build developments, among other environments. The company states that it also takes on cleaning contracts outside its main area when the project fits its profile.

Cleaning services by type of space

The service catalogue includes office cleaning, retail cleaning, clinical cleaning, gym, club and leisure centre cleaning, school and nursery cleaning, domestic cleaning, new-build cleaning, Airbnb cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning for estate agents and rental properties.

The company also offers one-off deep cleans and specialist services, as well as bespoke cleaning plans tailored to how each business operates.

Contracted cleaning packages

Meredith's Maids structures part of its offering into three main packages:

• Six-month package: designed for businesses that do not need a full annual contract but want a consistent service for a set period. It includes regular scheduled visits, cleaning tailored to the premises, ongoing quality checks and the option to renew or extend. It is aimed at seasonal businesses, temporary premises, offices and companies wanting to trial a regular cleaning service.
• Twelve-month package: the option the company describes as the most popular for businesses seeking a reliable service all year round. It includes regular scheduled visits, cleaning tailored to the premises, ongoing quality checks, availability of cleaning supplies, a consistent team and service, and an annual review of the plan as needs change. It is aimed at offices, commercial premises, salons, clinics and businesses that operate year-round.
• Term-time package: designed specifically for schools and nurseries, with cleaning scheduled around term times and holidays. It covers classrooms and teaching spaces, staff rooms and offices, toilets and bathrooms, common areas and high-touch areas, with a tailored cleaning schedule. It is aimed at schools, nurseries, secondary schools and other educational settings.

The company is based in Bolton and its main service area covers Greater Manchester and the wider North West. The locations it expressly mentions are Bolton, Manchester, Bury, Salford, Blackburn, Chorley, Wigan and Lancashire. It also accepts cleaning contracts in locations outside these areas when the project fits its activity.
