Pesa Driving School

Independent driving school in Bolton with DVSA-approved instructors

Pesa Driving School is an independent driving school established in Bolton that works with both male and female instructors. Its team is made up of professionals approved by the DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency), the UK body responsible for driving tests. The school presents itself as a personalised training option, with one-to-one lessons and a teaching structure adapted to each student's pace.

Manual and automatic driving lessons

The school's catalogue includes manual and automatic driving lessons, as well as intensive courses for those who need to prepare for the test in a short time. The lead instructor, Shpresa Aliu —known as Pesa—, says she uses a manual diesel Citroën C4 for her lessons and covers the Bolton area. She also offers gift vouchers among her services.

The working method described on the site is based on one-to-one sessions, with lessons structured according to each student's needs and learning style. To explain the different driving skills, the instructor uses an iPad Pro with diagrams and videos, a tool the school presents as part of its modern teaching techniques.

Theory and practical test preparation

In addition to behind-the-wheel training, the school offers support for the theory test and provides links to book both the theory and practical tests, as well as to apply for the first provisional driving licence. The site includes a free theory test practice quiz and a section with the 'Show Me Tell Me' questions used in the practical test.

Background of the lead instructor

Shpresa Aliu has been working as an approved driving instructor (ADI) for approximately five years, according to the information she provides. She describes her teaching style as calm, patient and approachable, and notes that she has received positive feedback from previous students. The school states that it has a high first-time pass rate and the backing of hundreds of customers, points that correspond to its own presentation.

Additional services and lesson management

The website allows you to book lessons online, request a call back at different time slots (anytime, morning, afternoon or evening) and view a gallery of passed students. It also includes a user account area with orders and cart, a frequently asked questions section and a section on terms and conditions and privacy policy. The school also publishes a job offer for approved driving instructors.
