Elegant Showers

Elegant Showers, online retailer of bathroom equipment and furniture

Elegant Showers is an online retailer based in Birmingham (UK) that sells shower enclosures and trays, bathroom mirrors and furniture, radiators and home furniture. The company presents itself as one of the country's leading online bathroom retailers and operates under the legal name Sunny Showers, with the trading name Elegant Showers.

Its catalogue is organised into six main families: shower enclosures, heating, furniture, mirrors, shower trays and toilets. The company states that it offers free delivery to UK mainland and maintains competitive prices.

Enclosures, shower trays and screens

The shower section is the most developed part of the catalogue. It includes walk-in enclosures, sliding, frameless, bifold, quadrant, offset, pivot and corner enclosures, with black variants. It also sells bath screens, wet room screens, sliding, bifold and pivot shower doors, framed and frameless, and side panels.

The range is completed with quadrant, offset, square, rectangular and walk-in shower trays, available in slate effect, anti-slip and stone resin finishes, as well as riser kits for quadrant, offset, square and rectangular trays.

Heating and radiators

In the heating area there are vertical, horizontal, column, designer, traditional, electric, flat panel and oval panel radiators. The catalogue allows filtering by colour —anthracite, black, white and chrome— and includes towel radiators, in both black and chrome versions and electric, along with accessories such as valves, heating elements and radiator covers.

Mirrors, furniture and sanitaryware

The mirror section covers illuminated, LED, vanity, shaving, Bluetooth and demister models, in round and rectangular formats, as well as black versions. It also offers mirrored bathroom cabinets, with shaver socket, corner, double and three-door, some with an open shelf.

In furniture, the company sells bathroom furniture, toilets and vanity units in grey and white, cabinets and storage solutions. For the rest of the home it sells living room furniture (TV units and stands), bedroom furniture (wardrobes and chests of drawers), kitchen furniture (dining tables), dressing tables and sofa beds. Accessories include shower sets, niches, waste traps, seals, bathroom shelves and radiator accessories.

Delivery, warranty and customer service

Elegant Showers advertises free delivery to UK mainland, product warranty and money back guarantee. The company has a help centre and a customer service team. The Trustpilot reviews collected on the site highlight the punctuality of deliveries, communication about order status and value for money; some mention that assembly instructions are difficult to follow and that certain screw fittings are not up to the standard of the rest of the product.

Promotional activity

The site shows a temporary promotion of 10% off in the online store for home furniture, with the code HOME10. The company also maintains a blog and a newsletter.
