About Oxygens
Oxygens, British manufacturer of hyperbaric oxygen therapy chambers
Oxygens designs, manufactures, installs and maintains hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) chambers in the UK. Its catalogue targets three audiences: home users, wellness centres and clinics or professional facilities. The company presents itself as a manufacturer, not simply a distributor of imported equipment, and offers both sales and rental.
According to its own description, the equipment combines more than 20 years of NHS clinical experience with decades of British engineering and manufacturing, and has accumulated thousands of installations across the country. The company states it has PressureSafe-qualified engineers and IBUM training, as well as ISO 9001 certification.
Chamber models and capacities
The range is organised by working pressure and format. The 1.5 ATA models include a sit-up chamber, a lie-down chamber and an XL sit-up version with a more spacious interior. All feature internal touchscreen controls, concentrated oxygen supplied separately via mask and padded seating; the XL version adds a reclining seat.
In the 2.0 ATA segment, the company sells the Winslet, a single-person hard-shell chamber with a reclining interior, integrated control system with internal communication, oxygen and CO₂ monitoring and a large reinforced viewing window. The range is completed by a 2.0 ATA reclining hard-shell chamber and the DUO model, a two-person hard-shell chamber designed for wellness centres, businesses and professional environments requiring greater capacity.
Sales, rental and indicative prices
Home chamber rental starts at £585 per month, VAT included, with professional installation and ongoing support in the UK. Purchase starts at £5,995, VAT included, and includes installation, training and lifetime technical support. The flagship Winslet 2.0 ATA chamber is offered at £41,995, with an approximate build time of four weeks.
The 1.5 ATA sit-up and lie-down models are sold new for £8,995 and £8,495 respectively, and second-hand from £6,995. The XL sit-up version is rented for £685 per month and sold new for £8,995. The company states that most models are available with delivery within seven days and offers express shipping options.
Services associated with the equipment
In addition to sales and rental, Oxygens services the equipment, carries out installations, provides training and offers lifetime technical support from the UK. For business installations that require it, it provides pressure testing, compliance guidance and written schemes of examination (WSE).
The company also sells other wellness and recovery-related products: red light therapy, exercise with oxygen therapy (EWOT), ice baths and saunas. It also offers financing options and customisation of colours and finishes on request.
Training and technical backing
Every purchase includes a hyperbaric training course with CPD certification. Installation is carried out by PressureSafe-qualified engineers and the team has IBUM training. The company highlights that its chambers are repairable in the UK and offers warranties of up to five years or 15,000 hours on certain models.
Presence and coverage
Oxygens operates from Birmingham and serves installations throughout the UK, with specific pages for Surrey, Manchester, Milton Keynes, Birmingham and Cornwall. The company also allows booking hyperbaric oxygen therapy sessions in Birmingham.
