Zoki Saunas UK

Zoki Saunas UK, sauna manufacturer in Birmingham

Zoki Saunas UK is a British company dedicated to sauna manufacturing that has been operating since 1996. All its production takes place in Birmingham and the company sells directly to the end customer, for both domestic and commercial use. Its catalogue covers traditional, infrared, outdoor, custom and commercial or sports saunas.

The company presents itself as a manufacturer that prioritises detailed information about the construction of its equipment over a merely promotional website. According to its own description, most of the photographs it publishes come from its installers or from customers, so they are not studio setups.

Range of traditional saunas

The traditional line is organised into five standard models, each with its own dimensions and prices published on the site. In addition to these catalogue models, the company manufactures bespoke saunas and outdoor saunas. The range is completed with door and bench options, as well as optional extras that the customer can add.

Within this product family, Zoki sells the Finnolme line of traditional saunas and offers spare parts and accessories specific to the Finnish sauna.

Infrared saunas and ceramic elements

The infrared catalogue includes models with defined dimensions and prices, as well as outdoor versions. On its website, the company details the characteristics of its ceramic elements, which it presents as its own, and includes an explanation of the nil level of electromagnetic fields (E.M.F.). It also addresses the contraindications of using this type of sauna.

Among the components and accessories for infrared are ceramic elements mounted on polished stainless steel surrounds, colour lights, lights for seasonal affective disorder, aromatherapy emitters and spare parts.

Saunas for commercial and sports use and bespoke projects

In addition to the domestic market, Zoki Saunas UK handles commercial and sports commissions, as well as custom-built projects. The company offers finishes, optional therapies and extras for this type of installation, and publishes specifications and guarantees for its products.

Components, panels and sales for self-build

Through its Saunabits line, the company supplies materials for those who wish to build their own sauna. The range includes Finnish heaters, glass doors or doors in different types of wood, pre-assembled Obeche benches or slats to make them, lights with shades, buckets, ladles and other accessories. For the infrared range it offers ceramic elements, colour lights, aromatherapy emitters and spare parts.

Sauna wood panels are presented as one of the company's standout products. According to the company, they come from Scandinavian forests with low rainfall, which produces slow-growing trees with a very tight grain. The panels are 20 mm thick with a 20 mm tongue-and-groove section that also allows for secret nailing.

Installation, guarantees and customer service

Zoki Saunas UK installs its saunas with its own installers and states that it offers guarantees and a maintenance service with no hidden costs. The company declares that it uses top-grade panels with FSC certification, in accordance with social and environmental standards. In its presentation it maintains that it seeks to offer a build quality and specifications that are hard to beat, and defines itself as a British company that cares about its relationship with its customers.

The website includes testimonials, a gallery of sauna images and references to reviews on Google and Trustpilot. The company handles enquiries and orders by telephone.
