About Kinesis UK
Kinesis UK, bicycles and frames for gravel, road and mountain
Kinesis UK is a British brand of bicycles, frames and components that has been working for over two decades with a stated goal: to create high-performance products designed for UK riding conditions and other environments. Its catalogue covers complete bicycles, framesets, forks and a wide range of spares and accessories, with sales through distributors.
Bicycle and frame ranges
The offering is organised around several product families:
- Gravel and adventure: the Tripster range, with the Tripster AT as a custom aluminium all-terrain bike, carbon fork and eight sizes available; includes versions such as the Tripster AT Plus and the Tripster ATR v3 in titanium.
- Road and endurance: the RTD (Race The Distance), an all-year aluminium road frame, with updated geometry, a wider size range, internal dynamo cable routing and head tube cable integration; also the 4S and the Aithein Disc.
- Mountain and titanium adventure: the Fernweh, with a dropped rear chainstay and massive clearance for 29" Plus tyres, aimed at all-terrain use.
- Titanium: the GTD v2, a titanium frame from the road range.
The catalogue also includes complete bicycles such as the G2, for gravel and adventure, and the GX Race.
Components and accessories
In addition to frames and bicycles, Kinesis UK sells components and accessories: bar tape, Challenge tyres, Dexshell socks and gloves, dropouts and gear/mech hangers, electric bike accessories, Fend Off mudguards, Fend Off light mounts, forks, frame parts, touch-up paints, guides, headsets, kickstands, Lezyne lights, pedals, seat clamps and Thomson components. It also offers Wholegrain Cycles products.
Apparel and merchandising
The brand has an official merch store with Black Mamba workshop gloves, Kinesis Cycling Jersey and Women's Cycling Jersey made by Primal, and MyKinesis sweaters in men's and women's versions.
Customisation and workshop
Kinesis UK documents custom builds, such as one of an RTD frame carried out by its chief mechanic in the brand's workshop, and customisation projects such as Jo Burt's respray. The company has ambassadors and publishes stories, reviews and technical guides, as well as offering support through FAQs, product registration, size and geometry guides, technical guides and warranty policy.
Sales and distribution
The brand sells through its own online store and through a network of distributors, with free standard UK delivery on orders over £50, according to the store's information.
