First Call Inks is a British retailer dedicated to selling compatible ink and toner cartridges. The company has been operating since 2007 and offers a wide catalogue of printer consumables, with free shipping on orders over £30 and a same-day despatch rate that the firm highlights as part of its service proposition.

Consumables catalogue and search by printer

The site allows products to be found in several ways: by cartridge number, by printer model or by selecting the equipment manufacturer. Visible categories include ink and toner cartridges, paper and stationery, as well as a specific section for HP products. The company notes that most of its ink multipacks include an extra black cartridge at no cost.

Guarantee, pricing and customer service

First Call Inks states that all its products are guaranteed and that, in the event of dissatisfaction, it refunds the amount paid. The company says it maintains a price-matching policy: if the customer finds the same product at a lower price, they can report it so the offer can be adjusted. Support is provided through its own team, with a customer helpline and a sales email address.
