Infinity Weekends: stag and hen dos and group getaways in the UK and Europe

Infinity Weekends is a company specialising in organising stag dos, hen dos and group getaways, both in UK destinations and across Europe. Based in Benidorm with team members in the UK, the company has more than twenty years of experience in the sector and states it has sent over 150,000 customers away. Its approach focuses on full trip management: accommodation, activities, transport and overall coordination, with a dedicated event manager for each group.

Available destinations

The destination catalogue covers European and British locations. European destinations include Albufeira, Amsterdam, Barcelona, Benalmadena, Benidorm, Budapest, Dublin, Ibiza, Krakow, Magaluf, Marbella, Prague, Salou and Tenerife. In the UK, the company operates in Bath, Birmingham, Bournemouth, Brighton, Bristol, Cardiff, Edinburgh, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Newcastle and Nottingham.

The company highlights some of these destinations for their features: Benidorm for its beach bars, pool parties and nightlife; Albufeira for its boat parties, bars and year-round weather; Tenerife for the sun, surf and nights out in Playa de las Américas; Marbella for its beach clubs and cocktails; Magaluf for its lively days and legendary nights; and Liverpool for its music, pubs and nightlife.

Activities and experiences

Infinity Weekends offers a selection of activities it describes as the most popular in each destination. These include:

• Party boat with DJ in Benidorm.
• Brunch with unlimited drinks and DJ in Albufeira.
• Monkey Beach pool party in Tenerife.
• Private boat charter in Marbella.
• Party boat with DJ, foam cannons and sea views in Magaluf.
• Bingo Lingo in Liverpool, a party version of traditional bingo.

The company also operates the Infinity Party Bus in Benidorm, a party bus equipped with music and drinks, used for airport transfers or club runs, which turns the journey into part of the celebration.

Accommodation

The company selects accommodation it describes as clean, central and suitable for groups, from apartments near nightlife areas to four-star resorts. According to its presentation, all accommodation is close to nightlife and the beach, and has been previously checked by the team.

Booking and management process

The booking process is divided into three steps: requesting a quote, confirming with a £50 deposit and being assigned a personal event manager who takes care of the rest. The company states that the quote is free and without obligation, and is sent the same day after receiving the dates, destination and group size. The £50 deposit applies per group, not per person, and can be paid by phone or through an online account. It also offers the option of splitting the payment into monthly instalments and allows each group member to pay individually.

Each group has a dedicated event manager who coordinates activities, accommodation, transfers and timings. The company also notes that changes in group size can be managed by giving advance notice.

Licences and coverage

Infinity Weekends states it is fully licensed and insured for organising this type of trip. The company does not book flights directly, but offers help finding the best options.

Team and customer service

The Infinity Weekends team is spread between Benidorm and the UK. The company stresses that it is not an impersonal call centre, but a group of people with direct experience of the destinations and activities they offer. Each team member has a speciality (nightlife, activities, accommodation) and the common goal is to make the weekend simple and unforgettable.
