Kitchen & Bedroom Studios: bespoke kitchens and bedrooms in Beaconsfield

Kitchen & Bedroom Studios is a family-run business based in Beaconsfield (Buckinghamshire) that has been designing, planning and installing bespoke kitchens and bedrooms since 1982. The firm states that it is a member of the Kitchen Bathroom Bedroom Specialists Association (KBSA) and has more than four decades of experience.

A complete service, from consultation to installation

The process begins with a consultation in which the client is assigned a personal designer. That professional can meet you at the company's modern studio or come to your home to get to know the space and your expectations. The company stresses that it does not take a one-size-fits-all approach; instead, the design is tailored to each client's tastes, priorities and budget, as well as to the available space and the appliances required.

The design stage ranges from traditional to contemporary styles and includes the choice of worktops, storage solutions, appliances and lighting. The studio uses advanced design software and CAD technology to produce realistic visualisations of the finished result, allowing the client to explore and collaborate on the project before finalising it.

Installation is carried out by the company's own team, which handles every aspect of the work: building works, plumbing, electrical work, tiling, flooring and decorating. The design team manages each project from start to finish and answers any questions that may arise during the process.

Showroom and product range

In its Beaconsfield showroom, the company displays a wide selection of fully fitted kitchens and bedrooms in a variety of styles and price ranges. The kitchen brands it offers include Hacker German Kitchens and Mackintosh Kitchens, among others. The showroom staff advise and recommend solutions according to each client's needs.

In addition to kitchens and bedrooms, the firm has its own furniture line: it designs and produces furniture that combines craftsmanship and innovative design, with a stated commitment to sustainability and durability.

Team and history

The company was founded by Bob Baines and Bev Baines and is still family-run. Sue, who grew up in the family business, now leads the company; Heather handles day-to-day administration, supplier order management, customer service and project coordination; Andrea, who has a background in graphic design and a second qualification in kitchen design, works as a specialist designer; and Daisy takes care of administration, marketing and social media.

The company states that it has served clients in The Chilterns, London, the Home Counties and also in France, the Channel Islands and Grenada.

Guarantee and aftercare

Kitchen & Bedroom Studios states that it offers a complete aftercare service and guarantees the craftsmanship of its work. The company describes itself as specialising in the creation and installation of bespoke kitchens and bedrooms tailored to the client's budget.
