Bubly Bathrooms

Bubly Bathrooms, online bathroom retailer in Basildon (Essex)

Bubly Bathrooms is a British online store specialising in taps, showers, toilets, basins, vanity units, baths, mirrors, heating and bathroom accessories. The company operates from its base in Basildon, Essex, and presents itself as an authorised retailer of more than 60 UK brands, with full manufacturer warranties. Its catalogue brings together more than 23,000 products, according to figures published by the company itself.

Founded in 2023 by industry professionals

The firm was established in 2023 by a team with more than 40 years of experience at various levels of the bathroom industry, from wholesale distribution to retail operations. That background is the central argument of its proposition: selecting products that the team itself knows and backing every order with a service to match. The company describes itself as a small team with big ambition, based in Basildon.

Catalogue and brands

The range is organised into departments for taps, showers, toilets, basins, vanity units, baths, mirrors, heating, kitchen and accessories, plus a clearance section. Among the brands mentioned on the website are Tailored Bathrooms, Scudo, Saneux and Velano. The company states that it sources directly from manufacturers and authorised distributors, and that each brand is chosen for quality, availability and value for money.

Shop by finish and advice

The store lets you browse the catalogue by finish —brushed brass, matt black, chrome, gunmetal, brushed nickel, brushed bronze, white and brushed gold— to coordinate taps, towel rails and fixings in the same style. It also offers buying guides on sizes and fitting types, and a six-question quiz that generates an inspiration moodboard with finish, price range and products suited to the customer's space. Product pages include dimensions, availability and delivery times, and where a retailer comparison is available, the prices checked are shown before you buy.

Terms of sale and customer service

The site advertises free next-day delivery on orders over £300, price matching and hassle-free 30-day returns. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, the company collects the product at no cost. The customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00. The company also runs a trade account for installers and businesses, with 8% off every order, free application and a decision within one working day.
