Ooosch UK, online draws with prize delivery to your door

Ooosch UK is an online competitions and draws platform that operates through ooosch.co.uk. Its catalogue combines cash prizes, vehicles, technology, travel and experiences, and each draw is resolved in a Live Draw announced with date and time. The company presents itself as Ooosch Ltd and is registered with company number 12270012, with its registered office at Cornwallis House, Howard Chase, Basildon, SS143BB.

A catalogue of cash prizes, cars and experiences

The offer visible on the site is organised into featured competitions, additional competitions and sponsored competitions. Among the prizes announced are a £40,000 instant scratch, an Audi A3 S Line Saloon with a £15,000 tax-free cash alternative, a £10,000 prize in the Money Monday Instant Scratch format, a trip to Croatia, tickets for Oasis at the Etihad Stadium in Manchester with an additional £500, a PlayStation 5 with the FC27 bundle and a £4,000 prize in the Premier Ball Drop format.

The catalogue also includes lower-value draws, such as £300 in cash, the 10P Cash Arcade format and a tech scratch, as well as free giveaways: a Doona i car seat and stroller, and hospitality tickets for the Liverpool-Arsenal, Manchester United-Brentford and Arsenal-Leeds matches. The entry prices shown on the website range from €0.00 for free draws to £1.99 for entries with an experience included.

How to enter and how the draws are resolved

The process described by the platform is reduced to three steps: choose the prize and the number of entries, answer a question correctly and wait for the winner to be announced in the Live Draw. The dates and times of each draw are published alongside the prize, with examples such as 7 October at 22:00 for the £40,000 scratch or 16 October at 22:00 for the Audi A3.

The website also maintains a winners' history with the name, the prize and the winning ticket number. Among the published cases are a £10,000 prize in the Coin Drop draw, a Tyson Fury VIP experience in Thailand with a two-week holiday, £30,000 in cash, a Mercedes-Benz A35 AMG, a BMW 420i M Sport Pro Edition, a Volkswagen Tiguan, £35,000 and £20,000 in cash and a Volkswagen Golf R.

Points programme and benefits for participants

The platform has its own loyalty programme, Ooosch Points, with specific sections on how to earn and use them, and a winners' club called OG Winner Club. The company summarises its arguments in five points: fast prize delivery, favourable odds, ease of use, cashback on every ticket and transparency. The website shows a score of 4.8 out of 5 on Trustpilot, with a number of reviews ranging from 2,725 to 3,166 depending on the section consulted.

Winner reviews and prize delivery

The testimonials collected on the site describe the process from ticket purchase to prize receipt. Several winners report that the team travelled personally to deliver the vehicle, in one case from Essex to Devon, and that communication was constant throughout the process. Others mention smaller prizes, such as £500, Apple headphones or a projector, and highlight the speed of payment and the response of the customer service. One user indicates that she received a response within twenty minutes after writing about a problem with claiming an iPad.

Payment, customer service and responsible gambling

The website details the available payment methods and offers a FAQ section on what happens if a draw is not completed before time runs out, prize delivery times, the random selection of the winner, free giveaways and how Ooosch Points work. The company also publishes its terms and conditions, privacy and cookie policies, a complaints channel and a reference to GamCare, the British organisation for responsible gambling support.
