Newhill Deals

Newhill Deals, online retailer of genuine brands from Barnsley

Newhill Deals is the trading name of Homeslates Ltd, a family-run business that has operated exclusively online since 2020. The company dispatches all its orders from its own warehouse at Darton Business Park in Barnsley (United Kingdom), and presents itself as an independent British retailer. Its proposition rests on three pillars: a catalogue of recognised brands, genuine UK stock and fast dispatch.

The company states that everything it sells is genuine UK stock, new unless the listing says otherwise, and declares that it does not sell grey imports, refurbished or open-box stock without saying so in plain words on the listing. Orders are picked and packed at its own premises.

The shop organises its range into eight main departments, each with specific subcategories:

Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday leave the Barnsley warehouse the same working day and, according to the company, usually take one to two working days to arrive. Delivery coverage includes England, Scotland, Wales and the surrounding islands.

Returns and right of withdrawal

Customers have 30 days from receipt of the order to return most items, provided they are unused and in their original packaging, with applicable exclusions. The company covers return costs when the product is faulty, incorrect or not as described. Refunds are made to the original payment method within a guide time of five to seven working days from receipt of the return. The website also sets out the 14-day cancellation right under UK consumer contracts regulations (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), with a refund of the item and the standard delivery charge when the whole order is cancelled.

Trading activity and ratings

The company states it receives over 7,800 orders a week and has shipped over 580,000 orders since it launched. As for its reputation on sales platforms, it reports 99.7% positive on eBay from 8,309 ratings in the last twelve months, and 98% positive on Amazon from 4,514 lifetime ratings. The website itself notes that these figures were checked in September 2026.
