Banbury Pest Control

Pest control in Banbury and north Oxfordshire

Banbury Pest Control is a British pest control company that has been in operation for over thirty years. In that time it has built a reputation for eradicating pests while maintaining, according to its own presentation, highly competitive prices. It serves both private homes and commercial premises, including industrial units, pubs, restaurants and warehouses.

Services for homes and businesses

The company works with domestic and commercial clients across a wide variety of sectors. Its catalogue of pests treated includes rats, mice, wasps, bedbugs, fleas, ants, squirrels, silverfish, moles, midges, spiders, woodworm, rabbits, bees, carpet beetles, cluster flies, earwigs, cockroaches, clothes moths and hornets.

In addition to one-off treatments, it offers a contract service with regular inspections. Depending on the client's needs, several visits per year can be scheduled to prevent reoccurrences.

Coverage and response times

Its service area has expanded beyond Banbury and its surrounding villages to include Bicester, Brackley and Daventry. The company states that it covers the same areas as Cherwell District Council and South Northants Council, but with a much faster response time.

Technical profile and service conditions

All technicians hold the Level 2 RSPH qualification and have passed CRB checks. The company states that all its products are fully approved and licensed. Among the commercial terms it details are a guarantee to eradicate the pest, no call-out charge if no treatment is ultimately administered, and discounts for senior citizens. It also offers free advice over the phone.

Customer service

The company handles telephone enquiries at any time and recommends contacting by phone for domestic emergencies. It accepts payments with all major credit cards.
