Dejavu Designs is an interior design studio led by Caroline Davis and based in the Midlands, United Kingdom. The studio handles residential commissions, retirement properties, show homes, small commercial premises, restaurants, pubs and hotels, as well as property staging and styling services for sale. In all of them, Caroline Davis works in coordination with architects, builders, contractors and clients.

The studio's project portfolio includes commercial spaces, contemporary living, country homes, children's rooms, property styling and a white and blue chalet. There is also a case study focusing on a hairdresser's.

Furniture and accessories

Dejavu Designs sells furniture and decorative items for indoor and outdoor living. The indoor selection covers lighting — chandeliers, flush lights, pendants, table and floor lights and wall lights —, living room furniture — armchairs, chairs, coffee tables, side tables, console tables, mirrors and sofas — and bedroom furniture — beds and dressing tables. For outdoor living, it offers outdoor accessories, benches, chairs, lights, loungers, side tables, sofas, stools and tables. It also has a bespoke furniture line with the Alice, Aura, Violet, Geo, New England, Octavia and Sienna collections.

How it works

The process begins with a conversation with Caroline Davis to set out the project requirements. An appointment is then made for a no-obligation visit to the property, where the scope and budget are detailed. Mood boards and samples are then presented to refine the ideas, and once approved, a start date is set. During the work, Caroline Davis oversees the project and liaises with contractors on behalf of the client.

Working philosophy

The studio's principal sums up her approach in the idea that nothing is too much trouble to deliver the client's vision. The desired result is a personalised interior, with attention to detail, that responds to the aspirations and style of each commission.
